1. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at the time of order.
If inaccurate information is provided:
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Delivery may be delayed
- The customer is fully responsible for any extra charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
2. Shipping Holds & Storage Fees
If you do not want your order to ship immediately, you must notify us right after placing the order.
Otherwise:
- The order may ship as soon as it is ready
- If the carrier must hold the shipment, storage fees may be added by the trucking company
- Shipments held too long may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for all storage, return, and re-shipping fees
3. Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
- Any delivery address change will incur additional carrier fees
- The customer is responsible for these fees
- We cannot guarantee that the carrier can accommodate last-minute changes in time
4. Accurate Contact Information
Please ensure the phone number and email provided at checkout are correct.
The carrier will use this information to:
- Schedule your delivery appointment
- Contact you regarding updates or issues Incorrect contact information can lead to delays or returned shipments, and associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Inspecting Shipments at Delivery
When your shipment arrives via LTL trucking:
- If there is visible damage, the customer must note it clearly on the delivery receipt
- Failure to mark damage may cause claims to be delayed or denied by the carrier
- Photos of the damage are strongly recommended at the time of delivery
Marking damage protects your right to file a valid freight claim.
6. Third-Party Carrier Responsibilities
All deliveries are handled by independent third-party trucking companies.
While we only work with carriers known for reliable performance:
- Delays can occur due to routing, weather, staffing, or regional scheduling
- We will help communicate with the carrier if issues arise
- However, we cannot provide compensation for late deliveries, missed appointments, or carrier scheduling limitations
